Hair has become a self identifying decoration that adorns every human on our planet. Whether it might be colorful, excessive, or a sans hair style, everyone has a unique identity. Living in a society that has an ever need for expression, I imagined a hair salon that would be as energetic and eccentric as the client. To promote a more lively and creative atmosphere, I used a bright color palate and patterns that were inspired by 1970’s wallpapers. The imagery I also took myself {with the exception of the imagery of the massage and waxing images} using the tinfoil often used in hair-coloring as a sparkling background. The website would be more clean with the imagery and products being more dominant.

Outré sells several different haircare products ranging from styling to washing products. The patterns are unique to each product as well as the color palette. The only exception to this rule would be for multiples of the same product family. (i.e. shampoo - conditioner, hairspray strength, etc.)

These would function in local magazines promoting the fun and creative environment of Outré. Colors could change depending on photograph or season. The traveling, waving, logo adds a fun and modern element that continues to remind the viewer of flowing hair.
Website
Outré would have an up-beat web presence to show customer’s on the kind of environment they can expect. The main home page would have videography of potential hair styles clients can choose from reiterating their mission to provide customers with a vibrant experience. The main design of website would be clean for easy user experience.
From here, customers can explore the different services that Outré would provide including promotional massage and waxing packages. {Imagery not my own.} Customers can also purchase exclusive products from the website.
